How do I check my loyalty points balance?
Simply login to your account and navigate to Loyalty Points
How many points can I redeem?
You can redeem up to 400 points at any time!
100 points = $5 voucher
200 points = $10 voucher
300 points = $15 voucher
400 points = $20 voucher
How do I redeem my points?
Simply login to your account, navigate to Loyalty Points to view your order history and redeem points using the redeem now button.
I can’t login or reset my password?
Firstly, we’d love you to check that you have created an account. Try creating an account using your usual email address and password. Your order history and any points should come through into your new account. For further assistance, please contact us.
The Redeem Now button is not working, help!

Can I use a loyalty coupon with another discount code or sale items?
You are not able to stack discount codes, meaning you are only able to use one discount code or loyalty voucher per transaction. Loyalty points only work on full priced items.
The voucher is not working at checkout.
Please check that your order does not include any pre-discounted items or add ons.
Do my loyalty points expire?
Points expire after 1 year of account inactivity. Meaning you will need to order at least once every 12 months to keep your previous balance active.
How do I earn loyalty points?
For every $1 you spend online, you’ll receive 1 loyalty point. You can also earn points by following us on social media and for your birthday. Head to https://littleandloved.co.nz/pages/rewards to find out more! Our loyalty programme calculates points from 1st May 2021 onwards. Orders prior to this date are not eligible for points.
I performed an action to earn points but my points haven’t showed up?
