Click & Collect

MONDAY 13TH MAY: Click & Collect for both Auckland and Mangawhai has changed. Please read the following new times, locations etc carefully. 

Click & Collect orders are sorted to Auckland and Mangawhai via the billing and or delivery address used for your order. If it is not clear that you are wanting to collect from Auckland or Mangawhai, i.e you live in Wellington but are in Auckland on holiday and would like to collect, please write in the Order Instructions which location you'd like to collect from to avoid delays in processing your order. 

AUCKLAND

Auckland orders are shipped daily from our Mangawhai warehouse and take 1-2 days to arrive in Auckland.  

Address: 43 Veronica Street, New Lynn 

This location has plenty of parking right outside the main door.

Hours: 9am - 12pm Monday - Friday 

Outside of these hours by appointment only, please contact us to arrange a time.

Instructions for pick up: Please phone or ring the door bell on arrival.

Please do not enter the warehouse via the left roller door.

The phone number will be in your Ready to Collect email. 

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CLICK & COLLECT LOCATION ONLY. WE DO NOT HAVE STOCK ON HAND AT THIS LOCATION. 

MANGAWHAI 

Same day Click & Collect is now available for orders up to 11am.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 4pm 

Outside of these hours by appointment only, please contact us to arrange a time.

Instructions for pick up: Please park on the road and come to the sliding door. Please ring the door bell on the sliding door if unattended. 

Please do not arrive at our warehouse or office before you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
