Choosing Your Pickup Location

All Click & Collect orders are processed at our Mangawhai warehouse and sent to Auckland. If you're visiting Auckland (e.g., from Wellington) and want to collect your order, let us know in the Order Instructions to avoid delays.

Auckland Click & Collect

Processing Time: Orders take 1-2 days to arrive in Auckland from Mangawhai.
Last Day to Order for Pre-Christmas Click & Collect: Friday, 20th December, by 12 PM.
Pre-Christmas Click & Collect Hours:
- Friday, 20th December: 9 AM – 2 PM
- Monday, 23rd December: 9 AM – 2 PM
- Tuesday, 24th December: 9 AM – 12 PM
Address: 43 Veronica Street, New Lynn (plenty of parking available).
Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
Pickup outside these hours is by appointment—contact us to arrange a time.

This location is for Click & Collect only — no stock is stored here.
Upon arrival, call or ring the doorbell. Please avoid entering via the left roller door.

Mangawhai Pickup

Last Day to Order for Pre-Christmas Click & Collect: Tuesday 24th December, by 12 PM.
Pre-Christmas pickups are by appointment — email or text Zoe 0273609599.
Same-Day Click & Collect: Available for orders placed before 11 AM.
Delivery Option: Delivery may be available depending on your address. Please contact us to confirm.
Address: Provided via email when your order is ready.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM.
Pickup outside these hours is by appointment—contact us to arrange.
