In all cases, please do not reach out via social media regarding your order. Our Facebook and Instagram inbox is not always monitored by our customer services team and may result in a longer wait time.

Cancellations / Changes to orders

Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, and due to our speedy order processing times we are often unlikely to make any changes to existing orders. 

If you have ordered an incorrect item (colour, style) please email with your order number and any changes required as quickly as possible. We will do our best to make changes, however we can pack orders within minutes of an order being placed, so this is not always possible.

If there is any difference in payment due, you will be either issued with an invoice (to pay online) or a credit note via email, to use on your next purchase.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item that you have received is faulty, please email us outlining any faults or issues with the product. As we are based online, photos of any faults are really helpful for speeding up the process. 

Discount Codes
If you wish to use an advertised discount code when placing your purchase, please ensure you read and understand the terms & conditions attached to the discount code. In all cases, only one discount code can be applied per order, some item/s and or brand/s may be excluded. The discount code will have a start and an end date. There may be other terms and conditions.

Little & Loved Limited reserve the right to cancel an order that uses the incorrect discount code.
