How do I return?

- You'll need your order number and email address
- Follow the instructions, select the item/s you would like to return
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions

Can the item/s be exchanged?
We do not process returns as an exchange. You can use your store credit to purchase the exchange product/s.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. We recommend using a tracked service.
How soon will I get my store credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. The refund request will be processed within 3-5 working days after approval.
