Cute refill but doesn’t glow

Cute wee refil with the stars and moons and I do love the black and white colour tones and it makes a great vase setting though I assumed it came with some glow in the dark mix or that the stars and moons were but they don’t do need to get some of the elders glow in the dark glue to really bring it to life but it’s a great refill still
