1. Will you be restocking X?
With over 6000 products, nearly 200 brands, and more than 50 suppliers, our stock rotation is rather dynamic! While ranges from Crywolf, Herschel & Lamington often don’t get restocked in specific prints, you can expect to see the same or similar products in exciting new seasonal prints throughout the year. Our fast-moving goods from brands such as The Nude Alchemist, Sailor Sailor, and Honeysticks are regularly restocked. It’s best to sign up for 'back in stock' notifications for any out-of-stock product, or contact us to enquire.
2. Which Connetix set should I start with?
Embarking on your Connetix journey is an exciting step! First-time Connetix customers often go on to purchase their second set after experiencing the joy of magnetic play. To decide where to start, consider the number of children playing with the magnets and their previous experience with magnetic tiles through Early Childhood Education (ECE) or with friends, as well as your budget.
Starter Pack - An ideal choice for 1-2 children who haven't had much exposure to magnetic tiles. It allows them to create smaller scale builds and enjoy different types of play. You’ll quickly know if your little ones will enjoy creating larger builds with more tiles!
Mega Pack - The ultimate starting point for larger families who are enthusiastic about magnetic play. This pack is super versatile, including all shapes for endless creativity.
Creative Pack - Our most popular starting pack, featuring a variety of shapes, including fence pieces. This pack enables a mixture of builds, small world play, and learning activities.
3. Do you offer overnight shipping?
Absolutely! Our warehouse is incredibly efficient, usually packing orders on the same or next day. For non-rural North Island towns and smaller South Island orders we can achieve overnight shipping. Larger orders to the South Island (requiring carton packaging) and rural orders may take 2-3 days. Of course remember that during peak sales periods, the likes of Black Friday or Afterpay Day, and from September to December, processing and shipping times might take a little longer. If you're in a rush, don't hesitate to email us for priority shipping.
4. When is the next Herschel drop?
We order Herschel almost a year in advance and typically have four collections each year. The launch times for these collections can vary, ranging from 3-4 months delayed to 1-2 months early due to supply chain factors.
5. Do you have a retail store?
While having a retail store has been a goal for us in the past, it's not currently feasible due to the nature of our business, which involves a warehouse in Auckland and offices in Mangawhai. However, we do offer same-day click & collect service in Auckland and love seeing our regular Mangawhai customers in our office with a 2-3 day turnaround for click & collect orders.
6. Do you have any discount codes?
We frequently run promotions to make your shopping experience even better! It's a great idea to follow us on Instagram so you don't miss an offer! We also have a 10% Welcome Discount.
