During a sale there are no further reductions, discounts or promotions. You are unable to use your loyalty points when a promotional offer is applied to any item in your cart. You will earn them though!

Whoopsie! Flick us an email as quickly as possible, with your change of address. Make sure you provide your order number too. During busy sale periods, we can't guarantee we'll be able to update your address, in this case you'll be able to request a redirect using the NZ Post tracking, when your order has been processed.

Too fast, eh! For our Black Friday Sale we've made things as simple as possible! Any discounts will be applied automatically when you checkout. No code required. Cool eh?

Your way! You can choose your preferred payment method when checking out. Credit card, Poli or Afterpay

Of course, we LOVE gift wrapping! You will need to add gift wrapping as you add an item to your cart. We can not accept requests for gift wrapping after orders have been placed during sale periods.

We can't wait to see you either! Please be patient and wait for your pick up confirmation, which includes our click & collect address for both Auckland and Mangawhai. We prioritise click & collect orders each morning at 9am.

Not quite right? Of course, we offer our usual 30 days return on sale items. This excludes items in the outlet, which are a final sale - unless faulty.
