During a sale there are no further reductions, discounts or promotions. You are unable to use your loyalty points when a promotional offer is applied to any item in your cart. You will earn them though!
Whoopsie! Flick us an email as quickly as possible, with your change of address. Make sure you provide your order number too. During busy sale periods, we can't guarantee we'll be able to update your address, in this case you'll be able to request a redirect using the NZ Post tracking, when your order has been processed.
Too fast, eh! For our Long Weekend Sale we've made things as simple as possible! Any discounts will be applied automatically when you checkout. No code required. Cool eh?
Your way! You can choose your preferred payment method when checking out. Credit card, Poli, Afterpay or Laybuy.
Of course, we LOVE gift wrapping! You will need to add gift wrapping as you add an item to your cart. We can not accept requests for gift wrapping after orders have been placed during sale periods.
We can't wait to see you either! Please be patient and wait for your pick up confirmation, which includes our click & collect address for both Auckland and Mangawhai. We prioritise click & collect orders each morning at 9am.
Not quite right? Of course, we offer our usual 30 days return on sale items. This excludes items in the outlet, which are a final sale - unless faulty.

Discounts are from 15 as advertised above and discount will apply when adding item to cart.
Items are not valid for any further discount on top of what is advertised. No loyalty points vouchers, or any further discount code or promotion can be applied.
We are strictly unable to make changes to, combine or prioritise orders.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and collected by our couriers.
During the sale key brands may be restocked and go onto pre-order. Please note if you order an item on pre-order your entire order will be held and shipped when all items are available. This could take upto 10 workings days.
