I was raved into buying Bbox lunchboxes after a replacement shortage with another brand after 4 years. The reviews on these had been amazing. Our bottles where going strong and thought why not.
Number 1 (of 2 lunch boxes) the base side of latch snapped off end of term 4. I didn't get around to contacting and didn't think to much of it as child was to be gifted a licensed version. Sadly 2 days short to the 1 year mark of purchase, the lid side latch on the second lunch box broke. Emailed Little and Loved to be told there is only a six month warranty. And to just buy replacement parts(which is a lid and a base for a similar cost to a whole new lunchbox)
Disappointed to say the least, when you pay a fair bit for a "quality product". I would have expected the lunch box latches to last longer than one year. Especially on two separate occasions both of which broke at home during lunchbox packing.
So sad to say I write this not 5 star review in hopes that someone is made aware of the 6month warranty and others don't have the same broken latches.
Such a great lunchbox, it fits a lot of food for my hungry little dude. I love how it all unclips for an easy clean.
The perfect kindy lunchbox, well made and durable with a great layout for snacks and lunch. Fabulous size for my 3 year old!
Life changing! So much easier than rummaging in my plastic drawer every morning finding the lids & bottoms to match to fit my sons old lunchbox. Easy to clean and fits in enough food for my 10 year old. Recommend!
Great size and compartment layout. Recently replaced a very well loved and used Goodbyn Hero with this b.box for my 9 year old, much better size for him and the flexi fruit holder is genius!
